Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Vision Cabinet Hardware. We value your trust, and your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy

  • We do not offer returns or refunds.
  • We only provide exchange in specific eligible cases (listed below).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available; all orders must be prepaid.

By using the Website, you agree that your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange within 7 working days from the date of delivery only in the following situations:

  • The product was delivered in a physically damaged condition.
  • The product has missing parts or accessories.
  • The product received is different from what was originally ordered.

Exchanges are not accepted in cases of:

  • Buyer’s remorse (wrong size, finish, or design chosen).
  • Products marked as "non-exchangeable" on the product page.

3. Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
  • If original outer packaging is missing, the customer must ensure secure packaging to avoid damage in transit.
    • Any transit damage caused due to inadequate packaging will make the item ineligible for exchange.
  • A 30% stocking fee will be applicable on all approved exchanges.
  • The product must be returned at the customer's own shipping expense.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
  • If the returned item shows additional damage, further deductions may apply depending on severity.

4. Reporting Damage

For items damaged during delivery:

  • You must notify us immediately upon receiving the product.
  • You must provide valid photo/video evidence.
  • If reported within 7 calendar days of delivery, we will provide a replacement after deducting 30% stocking fee and the delivery charge.
  • Claims made after 7 days or damages caused by customer handling will not qualify.

Note: For replacements of defective items, we do not reimburse:

  • Installation charges
  • Labour/service fees
  • Any incidental or third-party expenses

5. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before dispatch:

  • 30% of the order value will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
  • Refund (after deduction) will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Cancellation after dispatch:

  • Not allowed.
  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
