1. Acceptance & Modification of Terms

3. Placing Orders

You may place an order by adding products to your cart and completing the checkout process. Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.

After placing your order:

1. You will receive an acknowledgment email/SMS – this does not confirm order acceptance.
2. We may contact you if we cannot accept your order for any of the following reasons:
   • Products are unavailable
   • Payment cannot be authorised
   • You are not eligible to purchase the products
   • We are not permitted to supply to you
   • You ordered quantities beyond allowed limits
   • Error in pricing or product description

Your order is accepted only when we send a Dispatch/Shipping Confirmation Email. A legally binding contract begins at this point.

4. Limitations on Sales

We reserve the right to:

• Limit sales by person, region, or jurisdiction
• Reject orders suspected to be from resellers, distributors, or dealers
• Limit product quantities at our discretion

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices for customers in India are in INR.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay using their offered payment methods.
• All card payments may require additional verification by the card issuer.

If payment fails and you have already received the products, you must:

• Pay immediately (within 7 days), or
• Return the products within 14 days.

Failure to do so may result in us recovering the products at your expense.

6. Delivery

The estimated delivery date will be provided in the Confirmation Email.

We are not liable for delay or failure to deliver if:

• Caused by events beyond our control
• You provided incorrect or incomplete delivery information

If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and either:

• Refund you for that item, or
• Offer an alternative product

Delivery is completed when the product reaches the address provided by you. Risk in the product passes to you upon delivery.

If we are unable to deliver due to reasons attributable to you, we will refund the amount after deducting a 30% restocking charge.

7. Cancellation, Exchange & Refund Policy

7.1 Cancellation

• Cancellation before dispatch: 30% of the order value will be deducted. Refund issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
• Cancellation after dispatch: Not allowed.

7.2 No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds.

7.3 Exchange Policy (Damage Claims)

We accept exchange only if:

• The product delivered is damaged from our side
• You notify us immediately upon receiving the product
• You provide valid image/video evidence

Conditions:

• 30% of the order value will be charged as stocking fees.
• You must return the product in its original packaging at your own expense.
• If the returned product shows additional damage, deductions may apply based on severity.

8. Product Information & Limitation of Liability

• Product images are for illustration only.
• Colours may vary due to screen/monitor differences.
• Packaging may differ from what is shown.
• Product descriptions or pricing may change at any time.
• We do not guarantee that purchased items will meet your specific expectations.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

9. Installation Costs

If you receive a replacement for a defective product, we will not reimburse:

• Third-party installation charges
• Labour or service charges
• Associated incidental expenses

10. Account Information

You agree to provide accurate and current information including:

• Name
• Billing address
• Delivery address
• Contact details
• Payment information

You must update your information promptly when changes occur.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. If you suspect unauthorised access, inform us immediately at info@visioncabinethardware.com.

We may disable your account if we believe you have violated these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

We own or license all intellectual property on the Website, including:

• Designs
• Images
• Text
• Graphics
• Product designs (registered/unregistered)

You must not:

• Modify downloaded materials
• Use content for commercial purposes without a licence
• Remove copyright notices

Any violation may result in immediate termination of your access.
