Eligibility for Exchange

• You may request an exchange within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
• Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases along with immediate images/videos evidence immediately after unpacking:
  • The product was delivered in a physically damaged condition.
  • The product has missing parts or accessories.
  • The product differs from what was originally ordered.

Conditions for Exchange

• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
• If the outer packaging is missing, you must ensure secure packaging to avoid transit damage. Any damage due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for exchange.
• Products marked as “non-exchangeable” on the product page will not qualify.
• Exchanges are not accepted in cases of buyer’s remorse (such as choosing the wrong size, finish, or design).

Process

• For items damaged during delivery, we provide a free replacement if reported within 10 calendar days of delivery, along with supporting images.
• Requests outside this window, or damages caused by customer handling, will not qualify.

Refunds & Payment Policy

• We do not provide returns or refunds; only exchanges are available.
• As we do not support Cash on Delivery (COD), all orders must be prepaid through the available online payment methods.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled if requested before dispatch and refund will be process after deducting 30% stocking fee of the total order amount.
• If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within approximately 2 weeks, depending on your location.
